By placing an order with TopLinkCV, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions as set out on this page. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, we recommend that you do not use our website.
From time to time, we may update these Terms and Conditions. If changes are made after you have placed an order, the Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of purchase will continue to apply to that order.
A contract for our services only exists once TopLinkCV has accepted your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order without notice, although we will inform you within 24 hours if this occurs.
All prices listed on the TopLinkCV website are subject to change without notice. If the price of a service changes after your purchase, the price at the time of your order will still apply. If we reduce a price within seven days of your purchase, we will refund the difference on request.
All content on this site is the property of TopLinkCV. Unauthorised copying or reproduction is prohibited.
We make every effort to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, we only provide advice and cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or resulting outcomes from relying on information found on the TopLinkCV website.
Ordering with TopLinkCV:
To complete your order, we will collect personal information including your contact details, education, and employment history. If your order lacks sufficient information, we will contact you to request it. If only a small amount of information is missing, we may highlight it when we return your completed order.
Payment is taken in advance, typically via PayPal. If you prefer to use another payment method, please contact us to discuss alternatives.
If you place an incorrect order (e.g., the wrong CV type), we will contact you to advise and arrange any additional payments or a refund if you do not wish to proceed.
If the complexity of your information or our capacity prevents us from meeting the turnaround time, we will contact you to discuss the situation and agree on next steps.
After placing your order, we may need to gather additional information via phone or email. The turnaround time starts only after we have received all required information. Your completed CV will be delivered in Microsoft Word and PDF formats to the email you provided. If some information is missing, we may initially deliver only the Word version and send the PDF once the missing information is supplied.
Please check your junk/spam folders regularly. We cannot accept liability if an order is marked as sent but is not seen due to email filtering.
Any additional services ordered, such as a LinkedIn profile, will be delivered alongside your CV. Copy packs will be sent by recorded Royal Mail delivery within 48 hours of confirming your CV as final.
Once your order is delivered, we will assume it is complete unless you notify us of required adjustments. To ensure efficiency, please email any requests to info@toplinkcv.com. We aim to complete adjustments within four working days, but if you require a quicker turnaround, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Minor edits (e.g., one to two sentences) can be made by you directly, and we’re happy to review and provide feedback afterward.
All services are provided in good faith by experienced CV writers. However, we cannot guarantee job placement or specific outcomes, as these depend on various factors beyond our control.
Important Notice on Career Outcomes:
We do not guarantee job offers or employment as a result of using our CV services. While our professionally written CVs are designed to increase your chances of securing interviews, your ultimate success will depend on your individual performance in interviews, qualifications, experience, and other external factors. We are here to support your job search, but securing a role is your responsibility.
Turnaround Times:
Turnaround times are based on average completion periods and may be longer during busy periods. The clock starts when we have received all necessary information, not when the order is placed.
If we anticipate delays due to workload or the complexity of your order, we will inform you and agree on a revised timeline.
TopLinkCV is not liable for any inconvenience caused by delays and no refunds will be issued for unmet average turnaround expectations.
For faster service, consider our express delivery option, typically within 24 hours from receipt of full information.
Cancellation and Returns Policy:
The services provided by TopLinkCV are custom and personalised, and therefore exempt from the usual distance selling regulations.
However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, including free revisions for 12 months. Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.
Returning a Defective or Erroneous Item:
The only tangible item we supply is the copy pack. If it arrives damaged, please return it to the address on our Contact Us page. We will resend it within 48 hours of receipt.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at customerservices@toplinkcv.com. We will investigate and respond within three working days.
