We offer secure, convenient payment options. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with details on the next steps.

Step 4: Receive Bespoke Preparation
Before your coaching sessions or document delivery, we send you personalized preparation materials tailored to your industry, role, and goals. This ensures you get the most from every session and document.

Step 5: Coaching & Interview Sessions
All coaching and interview preparation sessions are conducted via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or another platform that suits your preferences and schedule. Sessions are recorded so you can revisit key feedback and advice anytime.

Step 6: Receive Your Documents
Your professionally crafted resumes, cover letters, and interview packs are delivered as downloadable PDF and Word files. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you’re 100% satisfied.

Step 7: Ongoing Support & Feedback

Resumes

 

Step 1. Select the Resume option that is right for you. You can also add a Cover Letter, LinkedIn profile, Interview Prep, or any other service(s). Not sure which to select, get in touch!


Step 2. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email from us with the subject line “TopLinkCV Next Steps”. The email will include a link to complete our very short online questionnaire (90 seconds, tops!), as well as a link to schedule your resume consultation time. Your answers to the questionnaire will ensure that your writer is well-prepared for your consultation.


Step 3. You and your resume expert will have an in-depth phone conversation to learn more about your career objectives and to expand on the online questionnaire you completed. Your preparation for this call is critical, as it will provide the foundation for your new resume.


Step 4. Based on the information you have provided and our experience and expertise, we will turn around a personalized resume draft to you within three business days of your consultation.


Step 5. You will have the opportunity to review the draft and request any changes. While we strongly recommend providing feedback within 24-48 hours, you will have up to seven calendar days to respond with comments and suggestions to your writer. For all resume levels, two rounds of revisions are included


Step 6. We provide you with your customized, professional resume in PDF and Word formats!


Step 7. If you purchased any of our other services – cover letter, LinkedIn profile, interview, career coaching – we will begin working on them once your resume is finalized. 

Cover Letter Service

You’ll speak with your dedicated cover letter expert to discuss your background, goals, and the type of roles you’re targeting—building on your questionnaire responses.


Step 4:
Receive your first draft.
Within two business days of your consultation, we’ll send you a professionally written, tailored cover letter designed to position you as a strong candidate.


Step 5:
Review and refine.
You’ll have up to 7 days to request revisions, ensuring the final version fully reflects your voice and career direction.


Step 6:
Get your final cover letter.
We’ll deliver your polished, ready-to-send cover letter—crafted to make a strong impression.

Need additional support?

Step 3. You’ll have a one-on-one phone consultation with your LinkedIn expert to discuss your career goals and expand on your questionnaire responses.


Step 4. Using the insights you’ve shared — along with our professional expertise — we’ll craft a tailored draft of your LinkedIn profile and deliver it within two business days.


Step 5. You’ll have seven days to review your draft and request any revisions.


Step 6. Once revisions are complete, we’ll send you your finalized, personalized LinkedIn profile.

Step 3. You’ll have a phone session with one of our interview prep experts to discuss your upcoming interview and develop a strategy that highlights your strengths and qualifications for the role.


Step 4. Need additional support? We also offer resume writing, cover letter creation, and personalized career coaching — let us know how we can assist further.

Career Coaching
