Alina and Alee run one of the nation’s leading recruiting firms, REM Associates Ltd. Over the past three decades, their company has connected thousands of candidates with their dream jobs, changing countless lives along the way. However, they were often frustrated by how many people they couldn’t help. With over 100,000 job seekers reaching out each year, their recruiting firm could only work on a limited number of job openings — far less than the demand.
From years in recruiting, Alina and Alee noticed a major gap: much of the job search advice out there comes from people without first hand hiring experience. How could candidates trust advice that wasn’t grounded in what employers actually want?
